Purpose and scope of this site

This website is informative in nature only. Its purpose is to announce that Mielmelada, S.L. is preparing its full website and to provide its contact details.

This site does not sell goods or services, has no online shop, does not accept orders or payments and contains no data collection forms.

Terms of use

Access to this site confers the status of user and entails acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.

Mielmelada, S.L. reserves the right to modify the content of this site without prior notice.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site, including its texts, images, logo, design and source code, belong to Mielmelada, S.L. or are used under due authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner’s express authorisation is prohibited.

The typefaces used on this site, Lora and Source Sans 3, are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Liability

Mielmelada, S.L. accepts no liability for damage arising from improper use of this site or from interruptions or technical failures beyond its control.

Personal data protection

This website contains no forms, requires no registration, does not build browsing profiles and collects no personal data provided by the visitor.

As with any website, the server hosting these pages automatically records technical connection data, including the IP address, in order to ensure the security of the service and as required by applicable law. These records are handled by the hosting provider, acting as data processor.

Should you contact Mielmelada, S.L. by email or telephone, your contact details and the content of your message will be processed by Mielmelada, S.L. as data controller for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject under article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Data will be retained for one year from the last communication, unless a longer statutory period applies. Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law, without prejudice to the access of the web hosting and email providers engaged by Mielmelada, S.L., which act as data processors under article 28 of the aforementioned Regulation. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and may withdraw their consent, by writing to info@mielmelada.es with the reference “Protección de datos”. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website uses no first-party or third-party cookies. It employs no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no embedded content from other providers, and stores no information in the visitor’s browser.

Fonts and images are served from the site’s own server. No connection to third-party servers is established while browsing.

Accordingly, and pursuant to article 22(2) of Spanish Act 34/2002, no consent is requested for the installation of data storage and retrieval devices.
